Alabama Notarial Fees
Alabama notarial fees are up to $10 per notarial act. Mobile travel, printing, courier, parking, tolls, and other non-notarial service charges are separate and will be disclosed before your appointment.

What should I have ready for a notary appointment?
Have your document, acceptable identification, and all required signers ready. Tell us ahead of time if witnesses are required. Ask MFG what identification is acceptable for your appointment, and wait for instructions before signing.
Can you explain my documents or tell me which certificate I need?
We can explain the appointment process, but cannot provide legal advice, interpret legal documents, or select a notarial certificate for you. Ask the document recipient or an attorney before your appointment.
Do you offer same-day or after-hours service?
Please call to ask about your preferred time. Same-day, evening, and other special requests depend on availability, travel, and the service needed; they are not guaranteed.
Does MFG issue apostilles?
No. We facilitate the submission and return process. The appropriate government authority issues an apostille or authentication. Requirements depend on the document and destination country, and processing times are outside our control.
Is an I-9 appointment a notarization?
No. When designated by your employer, we act as an authorized representative following the employer’s instructions. No notarial seal is applied to Form I-9. Coordinate authorization and required documents with your employer before booking.
How do courier and permit-running requests work?
Provide the pickup and delivery cities, deadline, stop count, and any agency instructions. We confirm scope and pricing before scheduling. Permit running covers document logistics; agency approval or expedited processing is not guaranteed.
When is my appointment confirmed?
Sending an email is a request only. Your appointment or courier service is booked after MFG directly confirms the service, location, timing, and quoted charges. Call if your request is urgent.
